1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: minimal

2. Participating in meetings/training: one hour every other month/short meetings as needed.

Responsibilities/Duties

  1. Declared in Article 7, Section B of the Church Constitution

    2. It shall be the duty of the Music Committee to provide musical ministry for the services, and in securing talented and able as well as spiritually qualified persons to contribute vocal and instrumental numbers for services of worship. They shall serve also in an advisory capacity in the promotion of a competent and capable choir.

  2. The committee will serve as a music-checking unit for music to be used in funerals, weddings or other non-church activities.
  3. Look for ways to encourage growth in the area of music ministry.
