Yesterday we enjoyed an exposition of Psalm 86. Our speaker for the morning was missionary Glenn Gardiner. It was such a pleasure to have exposed before us the wonderful characteristics of our God. In the Christian life there is no substitute for gaining a fuller knowledge of Him. The Scriptures say that, “to know Him is life eternal”.
So many today satisfy themselves with a god of their imagination that they simply shape to their own temporary convenience. It seems they fear a true knowledge of God. However, the Scriptures paint a full description of God that in the end brings an amazing peace and security.
